Delivery options and charges
Available couriers and delivery charges are shown at checkout. The store recalculates the authoritative delivery charge from the selected provider before accepting an order; free-delivery thresholds, when offered, are applied automatically.
Processing and delivery timing
An order confirmation means the request was received, not that dispatch is complete. Stock, address, phone number, payment status, and service area may be verified before handover. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier capacity, holidays, weather, or an incomplete address.
Receiving an order
Inspect the outer package at delivery and report visible damage, a missing item, or an incorrect item promptly using the support details shown on this site. Keep the invoice, packaging, and product identifiers until the order is confirmed complete.
