Terms governing storefront use, orders, payments, delivery, support, and customer accounts.
Using the storefront
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use this storefront only for lawful personal or business purchasing. Automated abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass security, and interference with other customers are prohibited.
Products, prices, and orders
Product descriptions and images are provided for identification; minor presentation differences may occur. Prices, availability, discounts, and delivery charges are validated when the order is processed. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The store may confirm, reject, or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, address, fraud, or service-area reasons and will arrange an appropriate refund when payment was captured for a cancelled order.
Payment and delivery
Depending on the configured checkout mode, payment is made through an approved online provider or by Cash on Delivery. Payment-provider and courier terms may also apply. Risk of loss passes according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement. Customers are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and complete delivery address.
Returns, warranty, and liability
The returns, shipping, and warranty policies form part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Changes and contact
