Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, supplier, and terms disclosed at sale.
Coverage
Any warranty period and coverage are the terms stated on the product page, invoice, warranty card, or manufacturer documentation at the time of sale. Warranty does not normally cover accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, altered serial numbers, consumable wear, or damage caused by incompatible power or accessories.
Making a claim
Contact support with the order number, product serial number, fault description, and supporting photos or video. Keep the invoice, original warranty documents, accessories required for testing, and secure packaging. Assessment and remedy
The product may require inspection by the store, supplier, or authorized service center. An approved remedy may be repair, replacement, supplier service, or another remedy required by applicable law. Data backup is the customer’s responsibility before submitting a device for service.
